But Starro seems to keep the Necrostar in check , preventing it from outright wiping out refinement entirely . Granted Starro is n’t exactly benevolent , but it prefer to keep matter live , unlike the Necrostar . It might not be a perfect system of rules , butStarro is a important part of the DC Universe .

Over the years , the League and other submarine teams have had to campaign off Starro from invade and lease over Earth or other worlds .
