For Nettles , she has an even bigger role : not only does she campaign in battles herself , such as the Battle of the Gullet ( the fully grown sea fight of the Dance ) , but forge an incredibly close chemical bond with Daemon Targaryen , much to the chagrin of Rhaenyra .
