What made me want to write the FCK U 4 XMAS vocal was a little experience that I pull upon in my personal life . I wo n’t divulge too much . But it inspired a song that was pen in one hour with Will Matthew , a admirer of mine . And it was meant to be for fun . It was just like an overstatement on an experience I ’d had . And we just thought , " Should we just put it on Instagram ? " And the chemical reaction was so irrefutable and great , and it was such a fun Sung dynasty to blab . I was like , " Hmm . I knew I desire to do a Christmas call this year . " And it came to me in speculation that , actually , FCK U 4 XMAS is the perfect anti - Christmas birdcall .
