Delgado accept the personnel casualty in stride and marvels at the Sovereign ’s historical relics . The elderly gentleman reveals the most treasured token in his aggregation : A secret lasso .
The Sovereign and the soldier hold the lariat together and Sovereign subtly begins brainwashing Delgado , making him palpate castrate and raging at Wonder Woman . Sovereign convinces Delgado that he needs to end his agony , causing the soldier to compose a suicide greenback and take his life later that eventide .

The Sovereign ’s lasso essentially control like the opposite of Wonder Woman ’s . This explains how the Sovereign has been able to secretly reign the United States for so long . He and his family have been selectively brainwash key individuals with the Lasso of Lies to gain and remain in power while staying altogether unknown to most of the world .
