Obsessed with proving himself the better bowman , Malcolm has run after Ollie on several occasion , but Ollie has always come out on top . It seems that Malcolm has in conclusion decided to take a different advance and has get messing with Oliver ’s life through fourth dimension . This includes implanting each fellow member of the Arrow kin with a machine that buckle them across time if they ever pucker in a group .
